Lee joined the BCH team in 2015. As an Assistant Principal Surveyor, he carries out surveys on all types of buildings and has responsibility for reviewing and signing off cases, with a specific focus on large estate portfolios and farms. Lee’s focus at BCH has built on his previous experience as a domestic energy assessor and roles within the agriculture sector. Earlier in his career, Lee achieved an HNC in Building Construction as well as the National Diploma in Agriculture, Home Inspection and Energy Assessment.
