Senior Surveyor

Andy joined BCH in 2017 as a Building Insurance Surveyor and, as a senior member of our team, can carry out surveys on all types of buildings. He is based in Kent and frequently travels throughout the South East. His main focus is assessing large developments of flats and commercial sites. Time in the office is spent supporting colleagues and conducting comprehensive reviews of reports prior to issue. Away from work, Andy enjoys games nights with friends and bike rides when the weather permits!

Stacey Marriott

Support Operations Manager

Business Support Manager and BCH Charity Partner Advocate

Stacey has worked in an office environment since 2000 with her previous positions being within the insurance industry, mortgage services and surveying services. She joined BCH in 2010 and is our Support Operations Manager. Stacey sits at the hub of our operation ensuring that all jobs move seamlessly through the 6 step process – quote, allocation, site survey, report, quality assurance, issue – in a timely manner. Stacey also works closely with our Finance Director in ensuring all HR policies and procedures are updated and adhered to.

Away from the office, Stacey enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as her Great Dane, Blue.

Hannah Chamberlain

Hannah joined the BCH team in 2009, having worked as a Quantity Surveyor for a London firm focusing on the cultural sector. She is a Principal Surveyor, with responsibility for overseeing the assessment of large portfolios of flats and managing a team of Building Insurance Surveyors. She continues to carry out surveys on large, complex and luxury blocks of flats, as well as liaising with Property Managing Agents.

Nik Luffman

Nik joined the BCH team in 2015. He is based in Devon and works mainly in the South West. As a senior member of our team, he carries out appraisals on all types of buildings, including complex historic buildings, agricultural property and developments of flats. He has responsibility for reviewing and signing off cases and carries out desktop appraisals. Prior to working for BCH, Nik worked for a leading insurer in general insurance and has also trained and worked as an energy surveyor.

He enjoys surfing, kite surfing and mountain biking in his spare time.

Jeremy Price

Finance & Operations Director

Jeremy Price, FCCA, has carried out the Finance function for BCH since its inception in 2006, becoming Finance & Operations Director in April 2017.

Additionally, Jeremy is responsible for the companies HR, Recruitment and Health and Safety Functions. Away from work, Jeremy enjoys running, cycling and kayaking.
