In the event of substantial damage to your property, you need to be confident that the value paid by your insurance claim fully covers the cost of a complete rebuild.

Should this occur, the homeowner will be liable for any shortfall in the insurance settlement.

In our experience, this is a scenario most homeowners find challenging, especially when it could have been so easily avoided.

We have made it easy to get an accurate buildings insurance valuation directly via our website – with no need for a surveyor to visit your home.
