Business administration is centred at our office in Somerset. Our network of regional valuation surveyors provides us with flexibility to respond to client needs. With many years experience, our team includes chartered surveyors, chartered loss adjusters and other professionally qualified individuals, all having the benefit of local knowledge. Director

Martyn has 24 years experience in the loss adjusting profession. He specialised in the handling of major losses and regularly dealt with building claims in excess of £1,000,000. He has developed national valuation schemes with various insurers and brokers and now specialises in both commercial and residential insurance valuations, particularly those of a complex or specialist nature.

Roger Corp BSc (Hons) ACII FCILA FUEDI-ELAE

Director

Roger has a quantity surveying background and 26 years experience as a loss adjuster. He pioneered a pre-loss valuations product, which led to the formation of Barrett Corp & Harrington, and now specialises in a variety of commercial and residential insurance valuations, particularly historic and listed buildings. 
Roger is a Past President of Leicester Insurance Institute.

Lorna Harrington BA (Hons), MA, PG Dip Cons Hist Env (RICS)

Director

Lorna has been valuing property for insurance for 14 years. Her experience extends to working for a Lloyds broker, two major insurance companies and a loss adjuster. Whilst with one high net worth insurer, she oversaw the completion of 2,300 risk surveys and valuations per annum. She has personally valued many of the nation's stately homes and prestigious historic landmarks.
